The Arena precinct will be a premier visitor destination, based around the Perth Arena entertainment and sports stadium. A vibrant mixed-use plaza will develop around the stadium, providing a concentration and diversity of entertainment, dining and retail activity, enhancing a high quality public realm.
Central to the precinct’s redevelopment is improved pedestrian access, linking Northbridge and the Perth city centre through the extension of Milligan Street across partially sunken railway infrastructure.
