The Link project delivers rare hotel development site

Registrations of interest are now sought for the first two development sites of The Link project. The lots are located at the western end of The Link project, opposite the Perth Arena and in the centre of the city’s new sports and entertainment core.

Lot 2 measures 1,495sqm and can accommodate a 16 storey landmark building with restaurants, cafés and retail at ground floor with commercial, hotel and residential above. It could also feature a rooftop restaurant, cinema or public space.

Lot 3a (2,630sqm) is adjacent to Lot 2 and seen as one of the most important buildings within The Link project, it is offered with the hotel site to deliver a commercial mixed use development including retail and recreation opportunities, such as a leisure centre. This will complement the Perth Arena, future hotel, residential and commercial developments.

These lots offer enormous development potential and are supported by established infrastructure and amenities including direct access to the freeway and public transport systems, the Perth CBD, retail and entertainment precincts.
