The Link is part of the bigger picture for Perth and along with other development and regeneration projects in the area, it will contribute to the ongoing improvement of the city as a place of enjoyment and appeal.

This project will contribute to the growth and revitalisation of Perth, engaging with surrounding areas and rejuvenating inner city living.  The result is a more innovative, progressive destination bringing together shops, offices, apartments, parks and gardens, cultural venues, restaurants and bars, whilst retaining high quality public transport.

The Link will deliver a range of benefits for the community including improved access, connectivity and public safety, increased residential, retail and commercial opportunities and a high quality public domain.

As with all of its projects, EPRA will partner with the area’s community groups and councils to sponsor events that help create a sense of place, bring the community together and stimulate local businesses.
