EPRA manages all aspects of planning within Riverside. The overarching Master Plan, Scheme and precinct-specific Design Guidelines guide all developments within the project area and all Development Applications must be submitted and approved by EPRA before any work takes place.
Our Redevelopment Scheme, Policies and Design Guidelines ensure sustainability, innovation, high quality outcomes and planning certainty for investors. We work with our development applicants and industry experts to achieve the best outcome for each place.
Development has commenced on the first stage of the Riverside project, the Queens precinct, which is due for completion by 2010. The four hectare Waterbank site is the next precinct proposed for release.
