Bounded by Money, Little Parry, Parry, Newcastle and Stirling Streets, the Lindsay Street precinct features a range of residential buildings.
Innovative design for both residential and mixed-use developments is the focus of this area. New trees enhance the distinct character of the precinct, making it a beautiful place to explore.
Significant heritage buildings have been retained and some modified for a range of new uses. An example of this is the Union Bakery, located on Lindsay Street itself. This heritage building has been conserved and adapted into office space and is currently home to the EPRA team.
