EPRA is currently planning for the Royal Street West precinct, which is one of the last sites to be developed within the Claisebrook Village project area. This precinct is bounded by Lord Street to the west, TAFE e-Central to the east, the rail line to the north and Royal Street to the south.

The vision for the site is based around a transit-oriented, mixed-use village maximising the use of the nearby Claisebrook and McIver train stations, existing CAT bus routes, footpaths and cycleways. EPRA is working with key stakeholders to create a Precinct Plan that embraces sustainable development principles.
