The Constitution Street precinct is a residential area with a diverse range of housing types and forms. It includes innovative developments, such as the 19 social housing units with four detached artist studio spaces in Haig Park Circle. EPRA sold land to Foundation Housing at a discounted rate who then created these units so that artists can benefit from both residential accommodation and a studio space.
