The Boan’s Precinct is a mixed-use area. It takes its name from the former Boans Warehouse on Saunders Street, which is one of many great examples of adaptive re-use within Claisebrook Village. Boans is located near the Claisebrook Train Station and includes a high-quality, connected pedestrian network.
