The inner-urban community of Claisebrook Village is flourishing. Extensive community engagement ensured project planning incorporated the needs of the local residents and businesses. This has made Claisebrook Village a safe, friendly and exciting place to live, work and visit.
With 73% of the project returned to the City of Perth, the next stage of a further 12% will be returned to the City of Perth in late 2009.
EPRA continues to sponsor local organisations and the City of Perth to support the ongoing development of the community.
