TAFE ANNOUNCES PLANS FOR ADULT LEARNERS WEEK

Community events are being planned for a national week of celebration and promotion of adult learning during Adult Learners Week, 1 to 8 September.

Community organisations such as Central TAFE have been awarded a grant to run a local event for people to come and learn something new.

Adult Learners Week events are supported by both State and Commonwealth Governments to encourage more people to get actively involved in learning.

A wide range of activities are planned across Western Australia and organisers are inviting members of the community to join with them to celebrate lifelong learning.

In Northbridge, Central TAFE is planning a celebration of Adult Learners Week to which you are invited. The schedule below provides details and you can get an update by visiting the Central TAFE website: www.centraltafe.wa.edu.au.
