East Perth TOD Study
The TOD Study is intended to be a high level strategic document only, based on 'best practice' national and international examples of TOD, in order to identify and document principles and options of relevance to the East Perth Redevelopment Area and land outside the Authority's area.
In line with current EPRA practice, separate Masterplans or Precinct plans will be created for the seperate Project or Precinct Areas to provide a more definitive outline of the intended development. The TOD study will be used to inform the content of the Masterplans and Precinct Plans.
