Road works and improvements are underway in the area bounded by the Causeway, Adelaide Terrace, Hay Street and Plain Street, in East Perth. In coming weeks, there will be significant disruptions to Hay Street and motorists are encouraged to use Adelaide Terrace or alternative routes.
