The promotion of renewable energy resources, materials recycling and environmentally conscious building practices are just a part of the wide range of issues that guide EPRA’s planning and development of its projects.

These include the development of pedestrian and public transport-friendly neighbourhoods and business and community development around transit nodes to bring about transit-oriented outcomes.
