Executive Team

The East Perth Redevelopment Authority's senior management team consists of:

Tony Morgan - Chief Executive Officer
Tony Morgan is Chief Executive Officer of the East Perth and Subiaco Redevelopment Authorities. In his role as CEO, Tony places a strong focus on achieving sustainable outcomes in urban planning and redevelopment.

Prior to joining the East Perth Redevelopment Authority (EPRA), Tony was Director of Urban Operations at LandCorp.  During his career, he has overseen the highly successful Joondalup City and Bunbury Marlston Hill projects, and currently presides over the Claisebrook Cove, Subi Centro, New Northbridge, Riverside, East Perth Power Station, Perth Cultural Centre and Northbridge Link projects.

Through his ethos of ‘making it happen’ Tony is committed to delivering the EPRA Board’s vision of ‘Vital Perth’ by redefining the city’s inner urban areas, attracting new investment, and making them places that people want to be part of.

 

Stuart McKnight - Director, Projects
Stuart is responsible for the East Perth and Subiaco Redevelopment
Authorities project masterplanning and delivery.

Stuart has qualifications in science, psychology and business and has worked
in the private and government sectors, covering the finance, property, business
consulting, strategic planning and policy fields.

 

 


Sean Henriques - Director, Corporate                                                         
Sean is responsible for functions including corporate support, communications and marketing, sales, finance, information services and human resources.

As the East Perth Redevelopment Authority's Chief Financial Officer, Sean also oversees all financial management.

 



 

Anne Edmonds - Director, Statutory Planning
Anne's responsibilities involve managing the town planning functions at the
East Perth and Subiaco Redevelopment Authorities, namely statutory, strategic
and policy planning. This includes development control, Scheme and Design
Guidelines, policy, development and subdivision works.

A town planner by profession, Anne has a strong background in statutory
planning and urban redevelopment, having worked for a range of local
governments and as a town planning consultant to the development industry
before joining EPRA in September 2005.

 

Mark Hedges - Client Representative, Riverside and China Green
Mark is responsible for the overall project direction for the Riverside and China Green projects.

An accountant by profession, he has 25 years experience in various public and private sector agencies, covering financial analysis and legislation, strategic planning, project delivery and planning and development.

 

Ian Johnston - Client Representative, Northbridge Link and Creative Quarter                            
Ian Johnston is responsible for the overall project direction of the Northbridge
Link and Creative Quarter projects. In this role, he oversees the development
of the project from masterplanning to project delivery.

Ian has more than 30 years experience in both the public and private sector.

Prior to joining the East Perth Redevelopment Authority, he held senior
management roles with the Department of Housing and Works, GHD and the
Department of Infrastructure and Government Assets.
