EPRA Board
The East Perth Redevelopment Authority has a Board with seven members, appointed by and answerable to the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure, Alannah MacTiernan MLA.

Mr Stuart Hicks - Chairman Stuart Hicks brings significant planning and government experience to his role as EPRA Chairman.
During his career in the public service, Stuart served as inaugural Chairman and CEO of Transperth, Chairman of the Coastal Shipping Commission, Executive Director of Marine and Harbours, WA Planning Commissioner, and Director General of the Department of Transport.
Mr Hicks has also served as Chairman of the National Transport Commission, the John Curtin Institute of Public Policy, the State Government’s Machinery of Government Taskforce, the Planning and Transport Research Centre and the Centre for Transport and Infrastructure Security.
He is an adjunct professor at each of Western Australia’s four public universities. Most recently, he was named an Officer of the Order of Australia for services to industry, public sector and the community.

Mr Mike Day Mike Day is a practising town planner and founding partner of RobertsDay Town Planning + Design. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian Planning Institute and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He is a former Deputy Chair of the Subiaco Redevelopment Authority and Chair of the Housing Industry Association’s Environment, Planning and Development Committee in Western Australia.
Mr Day was the principal designer of the Ellenbrook New Town and, over the past 15 years, has designed an array of new communities throughout Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.

Cr Judy McEvoy Judy McEvoy has been an inner city business operator for over 30 years, and as an inner city resident, has an active interest in redevelopment of Perth.
A City of Perth Councillor, Cr McEvoy is the Chair of the City of Perth Planning Committee and member of the Works and Urban Development Committee. She also serves as a member of the Perth Convention Bureau and Perth Theatre Trust and is a past member of the City of Perth’s Advisory Council for the upgrading of King Street.

Mr Milan Chetkovich Milan Chetkovich is a certified practicing accountant with over 25 years experience in the financial services industry, specialising in commercial and residential property. His experience ranges from owner-occupier investment purchases and business loans to valuation, investment analysis, feasibility studies and financial systems development.
Mr Chetkovich is a member of the Mortgage Industry Association of Australia and the Institute of Financial Services. He is also a founding member of the Mortgage Originators Committee. |

Cr John Tognolini City of Perth Councillor John Tognolini has worked in the commercial property industry for the past 20 years, gaining a wealth of experience with prominent commercial property developers.
His best-known project has been the redevelopment of a Perth landmark over the past 15 years – the old Emu Brewery site. This area was carefully redeveloped from an industrial site to a residential village, known as the Mounts Bay Village.
Mr Tognolini has extensive experience in property evaluation, ranging from market research and financial feasibility analysis to marketing sales strategies.
Ms Fiona Kalaf Fiona Kalaf has extensive business experience, having worked in senior executive positions for a number of high profile organisations in Western Australia. She has a Master of Business Administration (Advanced), a Graduate Diploma of Business (Distinction), Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Arts.
Fiona has considerable relevant board and committee experience including: - Member of the Central Perth Planning Committee - Member of the Board of the Art Gallery of Western Australia - Member of the UWA Advisory Board to the Lawrence Wilson Art Gallery - Community representative, Heritage Council of WA - Curtin University of Technology Community Leaders’ Forum - Committee Member (WA) and Senior Associate of the Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance
