September 2006 - Urban Development Institute of Australia's Awards for Excellence recognises the Union Bakery with the Judges' Award.
June 2006 - The Master Builders' Association Excellence in Construction Award. The Union Bakery was the division winner for the restoration and renovation of a historic building.
June 2006 - The Royal Institute of Architect's WA Branch awards Heritage Council Conservation Award to EPRA offices - Old Bakery Redevelopment
June 2006 - City of Perth Heritage Award awards second place to the EPRA offices
November 2004 - East Perth's Imago site wins 'Environmental Excellence under $2 million' category - WA Case Earth Awards 2004
